The magic of LEDs

Sometimes you’re in a venue that limits what you can do with your centerpieces. Recently we were at a spot that didn’t allow candles and had wind issues. We had done various floral arrangements with this event for the past few years, so we wanted to switch things up a bit. And here was another problem – we needed light once the sun went down. So what’s an event planner to do? LED lights!

LED lights use light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as a light source, giving off a high amount without a lot of power. And what’s great is that they come in little, submersible versions that are just perfect for event décor!

So for this event, we combined our LEDs, colored water and crystal wire in vases to create centerpieces that looked great both day and night. Isn’t technology great?!

Our centerpieces before sunset…
...and after with our patriotic crowd!
